Bruce Springsteen

Bruce Frederick Joseph Springsteen was born on September 23, 1949 in Freehold, New Jersey. The singer/songwriter is best known for his hearland rock influence contanining persuasive lyrics and melodies on several albums. He has held the long-exisiting nickname “The Boss” since the early 1960s when he took on the job to collect his band’s nightly profit and distribute it amongst his bandmates.
